Maslows needs theory is already in everybody.  all person has his needs. We have the same primary needs like sleeping, eating and drinking.But others have higher goals to  meliorate themselves for themselves and their environs. This is  in any case very individual  prefatory employee has  diametrical needs than a  motorbus or owner.
